“Affordability meets UX”

Usetiful allows me to create personalized product tours and flows that are in many ways essential to a strong UX. As a UX designer, this is one of the best and affordable ways to quickly spin up user onboarding and product touring flows.Sometimes, a part of a flow isn't playing nice with Safari's browser bar on a phone, sometimes hiding the next button making me scroll up or down for the modal to either change positions or to minimize the bar to see the next buttons. This might be an issue with Safari, however.

“Easy to implement, fast to work with ”

Easy to adopt by the non-tech team, they managed to add online tours to our web app. Found it very straightforward to implement, based on my previous experience with similar software. Had some question when starting to use Plus Plan, the support team was very quick to answer.Missing some more complex functionalities such as in-depth reports, feature adoption, customer surveys & feedback, extra design features and templates.
