Navattic uses an onboarding wizard when onboarding first-time users that is separated into different parts. The wizard is on top of the visual hierarchy and is designed to feature several indicators of progress and gamification.

Why it’s great:

✅ Visual hierarchy - The onboarding wizard being featured at the top of the screen with a darker color that contrasts the background color of the platform makes it stand out more.

✅ Progress indicators - Progress indicators like the progress bar, the time needed for each step, and number of steps at the top left corner make the process of completing a lot easier.

✅ Dismissable - The “dismiss checklist” and “collapse” options make it possible for users to close and come back to the checklist later, which reduces stress and FOMO.
