ClickUp’s new feature tour is short, contextual, and up for improving

ClickUp uses a product tour element to introduce its new feature.

Introducing its new feature whiteboard in beta, ClickUp uses a 5-step new feature guide to onboard users to the new look. In the end, a tooltip appears to ask for feedback on the link above.

Why it’s great:

short and skippable - ClickUp’s new feature guide consists of only 5 steps, which is an ideal amount of steps for a non-introductory guide. Not only that, but it is also skippable, making the guide a breeze.

good copy - The copy employed in the tooltips is short and fun. Though it is not too often that users actually read the tooltips, ClickUp has a high readability rate with this one.

a chance at feedback - It is important to give users a chance at feedback, especially if the feature is still in beta. ClickUp does exactly that and puts the heads-up for the feedback option within the guide.
