Around’s demo meeting onboards users with a video meeting experience

Around teaches users how to use the tool through an initial automated demo.

When users first set up Around, they get invited to a demo meeting where they get to learn the basics and certain shortcuts from Margot from Around. For example, users learn that pressing F will change the filter they have on, H will have them raising their virtual hand, and W will have them waving.

Why it’s great:

Personal feel - Being welcomed by someone from the Around team gives users a personal feel as if they are being personally tended to. Moreover, it is not just directives, Margot, our greeter and teacher, introduces herself before anything else.

Demo environment - Because the meeting is a demo one, there is no right or wrong. The users get to experiment with commandfs and shortcuts as they please, which is not often the case with no-code tools.

Short and precise - The onboarding with Margot takes abot one minute, it is short and precise, but it also leaves room for some interactive trials with the platform.
