"A great Enablement Tool for scale-ups"

Spekit is very easy to integrate with any tech stack. You can set it up in minutes. Intuitive interface both for admins and users, it's brilliant to close the "on the flow of work" knowledge gap. Spek and links creation process is 100% manual, which can be quite a heavy lift at the beginning. Analytics are basic, but luckily we have a brilliant CSM that follows-up with us on adoption each month.

"Great Idea! A bit tougher on the implementation side."

I like the idea of this platform. It's essential to train folks where they work. Clearly, there is expertise in Enablement at the leadership letter. The sales team was very responsive throughout the pre-sales process. Unfortunately, our experience with implementation was nowhere as easy as we thought it would be. The slack integration was inadvertently set up internally before the full implementation. This caused an issue (which is understandable), but it took 4+ weeks for Spekit to determine the root cause. This has still not been addressed, unfortunately.

“Nice tool to have in SFDC”

The ease of creating Spekit cards on the fly in Salesforce has been extremely helpful. Allowing me to edit them quickly as well is a big plus. My reps can easy find the tooltip Spek icon and reference a. definition without Slacking me! Have caught a few bugs, but most are trivial and just a matter of workflow for me. The one big bummer is that every time you add a new field to SFDC, you have to resync the SFDC connection in Spekit, which can take up to 5-10minutes. This is a pain.
