Spekit’s number one problem is its pricing model; it is billed per customer which makes the tool very expensive for all but very specific types of business scenarios.
Customer onboarding flows:
Spekit is simply not built for customer onboarding due to its pricing model, UI, and operating system; it is best that it is used for employee onboarding specifically unless for very exceptional cases.
