Because of the UI and the end product of Iorad, it is destined to look a bit unpolished, thus, it is best used for employee onboarding. Moreover, the voiceover feature makes it perfect for employee digital adoption.

Audiovisual digital adoption:
‍Iorad’s many capabilities from voiceover to video recording make it a perfect solution for those looking for more flexibility with their digital adoption, moreover, thanks to its ability to work with almost ny language makes it even more accessible. 

Iorad is bad for

Smooth customer onboarding:
‍Though Iorad is quite capable with many different features, the end product never really looks smooth enough to put on a customer facing website, thus, it is not the best solution for smooth customer onboarding. 

Seamless creation processes:
‍Iorad can get a bit laggy and the creation process of an onboarding flow might be cumbersome due to the technicalities of the UI Iorad offers. It is definitely not the best software for those looking for an easy to implement and user friendly solution.

"Excellent but expensive software"

I love how simple Iorad makes it to create user guides which are easy to use and full of screenshots. Iorad's paid plans are quite expensive for small startups. When you use the Iorad extension for Chrome it slows down your browser a lot, even when you aren't actively using Iorad.

“Creating training takes minutes”

The latest release moved a lot of things around which makes it a little harder to use. I wish the language pack was included in the business pricing. It is very expensive and we have had to do a lot of work to translate our trainings. Sometimes it doesn't capture what you need and you have to go back. The pricing gets expensive fast.

“Easy to create and maintain”

Both the ability to use the link and the embed. The audio is also very nice to use. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the new UI panel... When you accidentally delete a tutorial, there is no recovery.
